India, July 23 -- AI and advanced analytics company Fractal saw a nearly 92% jump in profit after tax to Rs.72.3 Cr in the first quarter (Q1) of the fiscal year 2026-27 (FY27) as against Rs.37.7 Cr in the year ago quarter. Sequentially, the bottom line declined 37.6% from Rs.115.8 Cr in the preceding quarter.

The company's revenue from operations grew nearly 20% to Rs.912.5 Cr during the quarter under review from Rs.760.5 Cr in Q1 FY26. Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the top line grew a mere 2.9% from Rs.886.3 Cr in Q4 FY26.

In line with the top line, expenses also grew nearly 17% to Rs.755.6 Cr in Q1 FY27 as against Rs.699.6 Cr in the quarter ending June 2025.
