India, April 14 -- Ecommerce major Flipkart has elevated Sharon Pais to the role of the head of its fashion marketplace arm Myntra. She will replace Nandita Sinha, who as per Flipkart, has decided to move on from the company.

Pais will report to Flipkart group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy. Meanwhile, Myntra's outgoing CEO Sinha is expected to work with Pais over the "coming months" through a transition period.
