India, March 9 -- Months after a fresh capital infusion of $5 Mn, enterprise tech startup Nitro Commerce has acquired Gurugram-based AI copilot company Zodiac Labs AI for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition comes on the back of Nitro Commerce expanding to quick commerce-centric solutions for brands, company's founder Umair Mohammed told Inc42.

Founded by Nikhil Garg, Zodiac Labs is an AI-powered analytics startup which offers insights and tools for brands to track their growth across quick commerce channels. For instance, it offers a real-time dashboard to monitor SKUs, a smart purchase order engine which gives suggestions, and helps brands to allocate their quick commerce budgets.
