India, April 7 -- Study abroad startup Leverage Edu has begun discussions with investment bankers as it eyes an IPO in the next 12-18 months, sources told Inc42.

The startup has held discussions with both domestic as well as international investment bankers, the sources said. 

Leverage Edu is looking to raise Rs.2,000-3,000 Cr via its public issue which will comprise a fresh issue of shares as well as an offer for sale (OFS). The breakup between the fresh issue and OFS will be decided later, the sources added.
