India, July 27 -- Former Share.Market CEO Ujjwal Jain and ex-Microsoft researcher Debopam Bhattacharjee have teamed up to launch a new fintech venture Atyx.AI.

Incorporated in June 2026, Atyx.AI is building an AI platform in the wealth management space. It is targeting affluent customers.

The Bengaluru-based bootstrapped startup takes its name from the Sanskrit word 'ati' meaning 'beyond', signalling the startup's goal to break barriers and reimagine the wealth management industry using AI.
