India, Sept. 24 -- Recently-listed enterprise cloud and AI company ESDS Software Solution's net profit for the ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27) increased 14% to Rs.29.3 Cr from Rs.25.7 Cr in the year-ago quarter.

On a sequential basis, the company's profit plunged by about 57% from Rs.67.7 Cr.

Operating revenue grew 7.3% to Rs.133.7 Cr from Rs.124.6 Cr in Q1 FY26. However, the company's top line fell 20.2% from Rs.167.5 Cr operating revenue registered in the previous quarter.

Including other income of Rs.1.5 Cr, ESDS' total income for the quarter under review stood at Rs.135.2 Cr. Meanwhile, total expenses increased 8.4% YoY and 16.5% QoQ to Rs.98.7 Cr. The company's tax expense for the quarter fell by 20% YoY to Rs.7.2 Cr.
