India, July 23 -- Edtech startup Klassroom's SME IPO will open on July 31 (Friday). The public issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 19.89 Lakh shares and an offer for sale of up to 4.66 Lakh shares.

Fusion Klassroom, the parent of the edtech startup, has set a price band of Rs.151 to Rs.159 for the issue, seeking a valuation of Rs.148.1 Cr (about $15.3 Mn). At the upper end of the price band, Klassroom is looking to raise Rs.39 Cr through the IPO.

While anchor investor bidding will take place on July 30, the IPO will close on August 4. The company's shares are expected to list on the BSE SME platform on August 7.

Notably, Klassroom received in-principle approval from SEBI early last month after filing its DRHP in February this year....
