Deepinder Goyal's Temple's Valuation Doubles To $375 Mn: Report
India, July 27 -- Former Eternal CEO Deepinder Goyal's wearable startup Temple has reportedly almost doubled its valuation to $375 Mn and launched its first employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) liquidity programme, allowing some early employees to sell a portion of their vested stock options.
According to a Moneycontrol report, around 20 employees from Temple's workforce of 200-220 will be eligible to sell up to 25% of their vested ESOPs under the programme.
Citing an internal memo, the publication said the buyback values the startup at $375 Mn, nearly double the $190 Mn valuation at which it raised a $54 Mn seed funding round in February this year.
