India, April 28 -- D2C ethnic fashion brand 'House of Chikankari' has raised Rs.25 Cr (about $2.6 Mn) in its Series A round led by Cap Alpha Ventures.
In a statement, the brand said it will use the capital to expand its product portfolio, strengthen its omnichannel presence with a push into offline retail, and grow its global footprint.
Founded in 2020 by mother-daughter duo Aakriti Rawal and Poonam Rawal, Delhi-based House of Chikankari specialises in authentic hand-embroidered chikankari apparel.
