India, July 28 -- US-based AI coding major Cursor has introduced an India-only subscription plan, Cursor Start, priced at Rs.649 per month. The launch comes weeks after SpaceX agreed to acquire the startup for $60 Bn in an all-stock deal expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.

Cursor Start, which is designed for everyday building, sits at the intersection of its free and pro plans.

It includes access to Cursor's Grok 4.5 model and Composer, its most price-efficient coding model, with more agent requests than the free tier.

The plan also includes always-on cloud agents that can build, test, and open pull requests independently, the Cursor for iOS app for launching and steering agents remotely, and the ability to extend workflows...
