India, Oct. 1 -- MobiKwik cofounder and chief financial officer (CFO) Upasana Taku has picked up 1.07 Lakh shares of the listed fintech company via multiple open-market transactions.

In a filing with the exchanges, the company said that Taku picked up the stake in two separate tranches of 55,000 and 52,000 shares. She lapped up the shares for a cumulative sum of Rs.2.1 Cr.

With this, Taku's shareholding in the company has increased to 10.24% from 10.11% previously.

"Since the company's IPO in December 2024, I have purchased a total of 2,94,177 equity shares, which includes 1,87,177 equity shares acquired in December 2025 and 1,07,000 equity shares acquired in September 2026," Taku said in a filing with the exchanges.
