India, Aug. 10 -- Adding to its AI initiatives, used car marketplace Cars24 announced the launch of an independent enterprise AI company, Deployment Inc, to help organisations design, implement and operate AI systems across critical business workflows.

Helmed by Cars24's executive Jayesh Gupta and former xAI backend engineering specialist Aayush Gupta, Deployment Inc has raised $5 Mn in seed funding from Cars24. With the fresh capital, the AI startup will be looking to bolster hiring, roping in 50 engineers this month alongside AI strategy and go-to-market professionals.
