India, Sept. 23 -- IPO-bound B2B seafood brand Captain Fresh's consolidated net profit declined 54% to Rs.19.6 Cr in the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26) from Rs.42.4 Cr in FY25.

The drop in profit came despite a 52% jump in consolidated operating revenue to Rs.5,093 Cr from Rs.3,352.3 Cr in FY25. Including other income, total income stood at Rs.5,169 Cr during the fiscal, according to the company's annual report.

Meanwhile, its adjusted EBITDA rose 2.7X to Rs.371 Cr from Rs.136 Cr in the previous fiscal, it said in a statement.
