India, May 25 -- Coworking space provider Awfis' net profit for the Q4 FY26 jumped 107% to Rs.23.2 Cr from Rs.11.2 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, PAT increased 7% from Rs.21.6 Cr.

Operating revenue increased 21% YoY and 7% QoQ to Rs.410.1 C. Including other income of Rs.19 Cr, the company's total income for the quarter stood at Rs.429.1 Cr.

Meanwhile, Awfis' total expenses for the quarter under review jumped 17% YoY to 405.6 Cr.
