India, Nov. 3 -- Coworking space provider Awfis' consolidated net profit for the September quarter surged 92.8% YoY to Rs.30.8 Cr from Rs.16 Cr in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, profit increased 28.5% from Rs.24 Cr.

Operating revenue grew 19.6% YoY to Rs.438.7 Cr in Q2 FY27 from Rs.366.9 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, the top line increased just 3.2% from Rs.424.9 Cr.

Awfis made Rs.25.6 Cr in other income, taking the company's total income to Rs.464.3 Cr during the quarter under review. The company reported a tax expense of Rs.44.2 Lakh with no exceptional items. Its total comprehensive income for the quarter stood at Rs.30.6 Cr.
