India, May 1 -- Ecommerce giant Amazon is clocking healthy growth on the quick commerce front. During the company's Q1 earnings call, CEO Andrew 'Andy' Jassy claimed that its quick commerce platform, Amazon Now, is clocking 25% month-on-month (MoM) growth in orders in India.
There was no clarity on how many orders Amazon Now managed to process during the quarter. Meanwhile, Jassy claimed that subscription-tier (Prime) users in the country tripled their shopping frequency after commencing usage of Amazon Now.
