AirTrunk To Invest $30 Bn In India To Set Up 5 GW Data Centre
India, June 5 -- Global hyperscale data company AirTrunk plans to invest $30 Bn (nearly Rs.3 Lakh Cr) to develop over 5 GW of data centres in India by 2030, making the country a central part of its global expansion strategy.
In a statement, the company said the proposed investment would be among the largest digital infrastructure initiatives currently being considered in India and would help meet the rapidly growing demand for cloud services and artificial intelligence (AI).
AirTrunk plans to develop data centre infrastructure across multiple states and union territories.
