India, July 23 -- BharatPe cofounder Ashneer Grover has launched a new fintech venture, 'Fund My Staff', a platform that enables employers to act as guarantors for employees seeking small-ticket personal loans.

According to the app's listing on Google Play, Fund My Staff is designed for workers with limited or no credit history who often struggle to secure formal loans from banks and digital lending platforms.

Instead of relying solely on the borrower's credit profile, Fund My Staff will consider their employers' creditworthiness and financial profile to facilitate loan approvals. "Fund My Staff helps eligible staff members access formal loans backed by their employer as guarantor, with repayment through easy EMIs," the listing read.
