Nazara's board has approved the allotment of 1.82 Cr warrants through a preferential issue at Rs.260 apiece, raising over Rs.474 Cr from investors Fidelis Global (Riambel Capital PCC-RCC1), S Gupta Family Enterprises, promoter Plutus Investments and Founders Collective Fund.

While Fidelis Global's Riambel Capital PCC-RCC1 was allotted the highest 94.85 Lakh shares, S Gupta Family got 40 Lakh shares. The promoter entity received 38.46 Lakh shares and Peter Thiel's Founders Collective Fund was allotted 9 Lakh shares.

Under the structure, warrant holders can convert the instruments into equity shares within 18 months by paying the remaining 75% of the issue price.
