Enterprise cloud and AI company ESDS Software Solution's Rs.720 Cr IPO was subscribed 135.88X by the end of the third and final day of bidding, with QIBs showing the most interest.

QIB participation picked up significantly on the final day, oversubscribing their quota by 261.51X. These investors placed bids for 92.30 Cr shares against the 35.29 Lakh shares reserved for them.

NIIs continued to drive demand through the end of the bidding process, oversubscribing their quota 192.94X. These investors, led by investors placing bids exceeding Rs.10 Lakh, cumulatively bid for 51.07 Cr shares against the 26.47 Lakh shares for them.
