Shares of Fusion Klassroom Edutech closed their maiden trading session at Rs.166.75 on the BSE, up around 5% from the issue price of Rs.159. However, this was around 2% lower than the listing price of Rs.170.

The company's market capitalisation stood at Rs.155.4 Cr (about $16.3 Mn) at the end of the session.

Shares of Fusion Klassroom Edutech made their stock market debut on the BSE SME platform today, listing at a premium of 6.92% to the issue price of Rs.159. The stock got listed at Rs.170 and subsequently climbed to Rs.178.50, up 12.26% from the issue price.

The company's market capitalisation stood at Rs.164.9 Cr (about $17.3 Mn) at 10:25 IST.
