Adani Group's flagship business Adani Enterprises and US-based manufacturing company Jabil Inc have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a 50:50 joint venture for manufacturing and assembling AI and data centre equipment in India.

The proposed partnership aims to produce AI racks, servers, storage, networking equipment, and power and cooling systems to cater to India's rapidly growing data centre capacity. It targets the expanding domestic market as well as international exports.
