PATNA, Aug. 8 -- Leader of the opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Thursday said that he would give a reply to the notice issued by the Patna Sadar SDO-cum-electoral registration officer, Digha pertaining to the issue of having dual electors photo identity card( EPIC). "I have received a notice from the Patna Sadar electoral registration officer and not Election Commission. We will give a proper reply. If two EPIC numbers were issued to me, whose fault it is. A mistake has been made by them and now they are seeking an explanation from me. Has this happened before? I have cast my vote at one place only.
