PURNEA, July 4 -- An under-trial prisoner died allegedly by suicide after jumping off the roof of the district jail in Bihar's Munger Friday. The deceased facing the charge of fratricide had been in jail since May, police said. Police and jail authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
