PATNA, Aug. 18 -- Three leaders from Bihar have secured key positions in the newly-constituted national team of the BJP. Siddharth Shambhu has been appointed as a national secretary - part of a 16-member panel drawn from states across the country, including MP, UP, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Jharkhand and Assam. Shivesh Kumar Ram, a Rajya Sabha MP, has been made chairman of the party's SC morcha, joining the heads of the Yuva, Mahila, OBC, Kisan, ST and Minority morchas named in the same list. Former national secretary Rituraj Sinha has been named co-convenor of the party's Prakoshth Sankul (cell cluster), one of the most closely watched organisational appointments....
