ARA, Aug. 22 -- A teacher riding a bike died in a road accident on Friday near the Birahimpur Karja Bridge under the Barhara police station area of the Bhojpur district on the Ara-Barhara road. Chandra Kishore Mishra, 55, died on the way to Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment. He was a resident of Kaunra village in the Jagdishpur police station area. He lived in Babu Bazar under Ara Town police station areaand worked at Birahimpur High School under Barhara block. Chandra's son Divyanshu Mishra, said that he was on his way to school when he received information from school teachers that his father had been injured in a road accident and was being taken to hospital. Upon receiving the information, the family rushed to Ara Sadar Hospital. The doctor declared him dead upon arrival. Police then arrived and conducted a post-mortem. Divyanshu alleged Chandra served as the acting headmaster at the same school, and a few months ago, a woman was appointed principal, a move that has led to opposition from many within the school. He expressed suspicions that his father may have been murdered due to a school dispute. He urged the administration and education officials to probe the matter.
