ARA, April 13 -- Former MLC and senior Congress leader Ajay Kumar Singh joined the JD(U) on Sunday at an event in Patna. He joined the party due to 'visionary policies and ideology of chief minister-cum-national president of JD(U) Nitish Kumar'. The development is being seen as a setback for the local Congress as Singh was regarded as most senior Congress leader for Bhojpur district. Singh was given primary membership of the party by state president of JD(U) Umesh Singh Kushwaha. On the occasion, chief whip of JD(U) in Bihar legislative council Sanjay Kumar Singh alias Gandhi ji, national general secretary of JD(U)-cum MLA Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha, MLA Dulal Chandra Goswami and others were present....
