Haridwar, Oct. 22 -- Uttarakhand's Haridwar authorities have intensified searches to trace a Madhya Pradesh-based software engineer, who reportedly fell into the Ganga river from the under-construction Bajrang Setu bridge near Lakshman Jhula on October 16, officials said on Tuesday. The 30-year-old missing man was identified as Hemant Soni, from Madhya Pradesh's Prithvipur, they added. "Deep diving operations are being carried out by police and SDRF divers. Drone surveillance is also being used to scan the river stretch.
