PATNA, June 26 -- The ADJ-33 court, Patna, on Thursday granted bail to Abhishek and Gaurav, both associated with Roshan Anand. They were accused of vandalism of Khan global institute on June 2 night. On other hand, the anticipatory bail plea of Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir and the regular bail of his two security guards in the coaching dispute deferred due to incomplete police diary. Vijay Anand, advocate on behalf of Abhishek said that the bail petitions of Abhishek, the brother of Roshan Anand, and Gaurav were heard in the court of ADJ-33 and granted regular bail. The court allowed the bail without conditions and the necessary bond formalities would now be completed to facilitate their release from Beur Jail, he added. Arvind Kumar Maurya, counsel for Khan sir said that the court had earlier had protected his Khan sir from arrest for the time being and that further decisions would depend on the examination of the case diary and other evidence on June 27, he added.
