PATNA, Aug. 6 -- Patna's SK Puri police on Wednesday arrested a realtor, Bhushan Singh, who is associated with a real estate firm, in connection with five cases of duping people of crores of rupees, officers said, adding that he allegedly collected money on the promise of providing people land but failed to either deliver or refund the money. SK Puri SHO Jitendra Rana said, "Five land dispute cases worth crores of rupees are registered against him. Singh had been served notices on several occasions and was asked to join the probe. However, he allegedly failed to cooperate despite repeated notices. He was taken into custody after the court issued a warrant against him."...
