Rajaji Tiger Reserve opens after 5 months
Haridwar, Nov. 16 -- After remaining shut for five months for the annual monsoon break, the world-famous Rajaji Tiger Reserve (RTR) reopened for tourists on Saturday morning.

No changes have been made in charges for domestic and foreign tourists this season, with a 50% discount for students to view wildlife in the park," said Motichur ranger Mahesh Semwal.
Chila range officer BD Tiwari said that due to damage to a 200-metre patch near Meethawali hilltop, the gypsy safari route has been shortened until repair work is completed.htc...
