NDA partners meet to assert unity amid 'rifts'
PATNA, Oct. 8 -- Amid the fissures within the two constituents of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), all the partners of the alliance sat together for brainstorming on the eight Legislative Council seats - four each of teacher and graduate constituencies - in Bihar.

Minister Sanjay Singh said that keeping the NDA flock together was the main focus of the meeting and that has been assured for winning all the eight seats. "There will be another meeting in a couple of days to review the preparations and strategies," he added.
A meeting of NDA legislature party would be held on October 9th in which all MLAs, MLCs and also MPs of all NDA partners in Bihar would be present to chalk out a joint strategy for the upcoming biennial polls, state BJP president Sanjay Sarogi said. "The NDA is one, as it was during the Assembly election," he added.
