SUPAUL, Sept. 29 -- A 20-year-old man was kidnapped by car-borne criminals on Jadiya-Baluwa StateHighway-91 near Supaul district on Monday, police said. The man was on his bike when a car rammed into him and forced him into the car and fled. The criminals also fired several rounds people who attempted to help, police said.
