PATNA, Nov. 7 -- The ACJM-1 (MP-MLA) court of Siwan on Friday framed charges against RJD president Lalu Prasad in a case of violation of the model code of conduct during 2011 Assembly by-election of Daraunda. ACJM Arvind Kumar Singh framed charges against Lalu Prasad. Earlier the court had issued summons, and later a warrant and proclamation notice against the former rail minister.
