His video clip is circulating on social media and he is heard commenting on the Sanskrit language while criticising the Bihar government over its failure to recruit and appoint Urdu language teachers in Bihar schools. He is also critical of the NEP 2020.
HT doesn't confirm the veracity of the video.

Sanskrit covers a wide array of human knowledge, from grand epics and spiritual philosophy to mathematics, medicine, grammar and political science," he said while refusing to comment on the MP's remark.
"I took an oath in Sanskrit on the floor of the Bihar Assembly," he said, adding, "Once Sanskrit used to be a language of common people in India."
AIMIM national spokesperson Adil Hasan, speaking to HT termed the Congress MP's comment as completely directionless. "He must improve his knowledge," he said. "We all respect Sanskrit as it has been a treasure house of knowledge," he asserted.
BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala said that the Congress MP's remark was an insult to Indian civilisation. "It is known that the Congress has had imported leaders and an imported ideology. But that does not mean they have a right to insult Indian civilisation or Indianness," Poonawala said.
JD(U) Bihar spokesperson Neeraj Kumar too said that Sanskrit is an ancient language and those trying to create a language dispute should first know the history of any language, while advocating that Hindi and Urdu languages too have a long rich history.
Even a Congress party leader admitted, "The MP has done great damage to the party and it will prove to be another setback for the party in Bihar."
