BETTIAH, Sept. 22 -- Anti-social elements allegedly defaced the boundary walls of the Gandhi museum in Motihari, East Champaran, on Monday by scrawling inflammatory language and misquoted statements attributed to Indian national movement leaders, police said on Monday. Videos emerging from the spot showed the boundary wall of the Gandhi museum on the premises of Narsingh Baba Mandir under Town police station of Motihari being completely defaced with wall writings carrying misquoted statements attributed to Subhas Chandra Bose on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Dr BR Ambedkar on religion, purportedly to directed at Hinduism, and Chandrashekhar Azad, calling for revolution.
