Feudal era is coming back in Bihar: Dipankar
SASARAM, Aug. 18 -- CPI (ML) Liberation general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya said following the state polls-and particularly since Nitish Kumar stepped aside and open BJP rule began-Bihar had descended into 'Maha-Jungle Raj' and 'Encounter Raj'.
"It appears as though the feudal era-which Bihar was moving past-is attempting a comeback, riding a bulldozer. The incidents in Jogiya, Jahanabad, and Madhubani are indicators of this," he said at a press meet in Bikramganj after visiting the family of Chandreshwar Chaudhary-a labourer shot dead in Jogiya village, allegedly by a farmer, Ajit Tiwari, on August 4, for requesting his due wages....
