PATNA, Aug. 2 -- The state government has appointed former DGP rank officer, Shobha Ohatkar as chairperson of the state selection commission, according to a notification issued by the general administration department on Saturday. Ohatkar, a 1990 batch IPS officer, retired from service as DG-cum-commandant general of Bihar Home Guards and Fire Services on June 30 this year.
