Patna, Sept. 19 -- Chief minister Samrat Choudhary on Friday launched the Sewa Sankalp and Kayakalp abhiyan and directed officials to complete all works of renovation, repair of public utility buildings including school buildings, angaanwadi kendras, community halls , health centres, students' hostels by November 30. The CM , while launching the abhiyan from his official residence at an event, also inaugurated the" Kayakalp portal' which would carry all information of the repair, renovation of works to be done, the status of works completed by various departments and other information, an official press statement said. " The infrastructure related works should be completed before Diwali and also all works to be taken up at the panchayats related to repair, renovation and development works of various public buildings has to be completed by November 30," the CM said. CM Choudhary also said that asset creation works and new infrastructure related works should be also completed by March 31st, 2027 while emphaising that help of public representatives should be taken for success of the drive. The CM also asked the ministers to monitor the progress of the drive and also asked officials to put the status of works completed under the drive in the Kayakalp portal, while outlining that the main objective of the drive is to provide better services to the common people and improving the infrastructure facilities....
