BETTIAH, Aug. 12 -- Bhairoganj police in Bagaha police district apprehended a Class IX student after he sneaked a country-made pistol into a government school and scared off the students at a place in West Champaran district, officials said on Tuesday. In an official statement, dated August 11, 2026, Bagaha police said under sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act, a student in conflict with law, was apprehended.
