PATNA, Sept. 30 -- Chief minister Samrat Chaudhary inaugurated the state-wide nutrition campaign 'Angan Ka Milan' program at Phulwarisharif High School on Tuesday, reiterating the government's commitment to ensuring all Anganwadi centres regularly provide nutritious food, milk, and fruits to children. On this occasion, the chief minister interacted with the children and the Anganwadi worker (Sevika) to inquire about the facilities available and the activities being conducted at the centre. The chief minister interacted with the beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana and the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana, who shared their experiences regarding the assistance received through these schemes and the services provided by Anganwadi centres. The chief minister was apprised as how the financial aid received through these schemes is being utilised to meet nutritional, dietary, and health-related needs.
