PATNA, Sept. 13 -- Five people, including four employees of a private bank, were arrested by Kasim Bazar police in Munger district after they suddenly started firing under the influence of liquor during a liquor party at Betwan Bazaar late on Friday night, police said. The police also recovered a double-barrelled gun, spent shells and live cartridges from the scene.
