BETTIAH, June 9 -- A Customer Service Point (CSP) employee and two of his associates were arrested for allegedly duping three women belonging to economically weaker sections by siphoning off their bank loans in Ramnagar area of West Champaran. Bagaha Superintendent of Police (SP) Ramanand Kaushik said the three women alleged that a CSP employee and his associates promised to arrange easy loans from a private bank and later siphoned and withdrew the loan amount from their accounts.
