Jamshedpur, May 31 -- First Information Reports (FIRs) were registered against two suspended PDS dealers in Jharkhand's Seraikela-Kharsawan district for defalcation of 36,000 kgs of foodgrains meant for the poorest of poor, officials said Saturday.
