2 held for posting obscene remarks on Samrat, Nitish
BHABUA, July 3 -- Kaimur police have arrested two local youths in connection with a video containing obscene remarks on chief minister Samrat Choudhary and former chief minister Nitish Kumar. The video was posted on social media and later widely circulated, police said on Thursday.
Kaimur SP Shikhar Choudhary said, "On June 30, a post containing derogatory and obscene language directed at CM Choudhary and Kumar on Facebook page 'Bhabhua Assembly-205' surfaced, thereby undermining their dignity. An investigation was initiated right away."
A case under relevant BNS sections was registered at Cyber police station. Ajit Paswan of Sarewa village and Ram Singh of Nonra village were sent to jail....
