Patna, June 2 -- Bihar chief minister Samrat Choudhary on Monday directed all government departments to eliminate "unnecessary compliances" and simplify regulatory procedures to create a more conducive environment for investment, business and employment generation. Choudhary said deregulation and procedural reforms were essential for attracting investments and promoting entrepreneurship.
