Worli sea face flat sold for Rs.162.2 crore
Mumbai, July 8 -- The Worli Sea Face has witnessed yet another high value property transaction, with Radhi Girish Navani - wife of the chief executive officer of a United States-based software firm, Girish Navani - purchasing an ultra luxury apartment in the 44-storeyed Naman Xana project for Rs.162.2 crore.
The 6,458-sqft apartment was purchased at a rate of Rs.2.5 lakh per sqft, the valuation being slightly lower than the Rs.2.83 lakh per sqft rate at which Leena Gandhi Tewari, chairperson of USV Pharmaceuticals, bought two sea-facing duplex apartments in the same project in 2025.
According to the property registration documents, Radhi Navani acquired the luxury apartment along with four vehicle parking slots from Carp Estate Private Limited and Shree Naman Residency Private Limited. The RERA carpet area of the apartment, at 6,458 sqft, includes a 646-sqft sea-facing balcony.
The property transaction was registered on July 3, with around Rs.8.11 crore paid towards stamp duty.
Radhi Navani's husband Girish Navani is the co-founder and CEO of eClinical Works, one of the largest cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) software providers in the US. The company's EHR, telehealth and other practice management solutions are popular among healthcare institutions.
In May 2025, USV Pharmaceuticals chairperson Leena Gandhi Tewari had bought two sea-facing duplex apartments in the same project for a staggering Rs.639 crore - at Rs.2.83 lakh per sqft, it was among the costliest property transactions in India.
Apart from Tewari, executives from the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors who have purchased apartments in the project include Vibha Shanghvi, wife of Sun Pharma's chairman and managing director Dilip Shanghvi. In December 2024, Vibha Sanghvi purchased two apartments for Rs.130 crore, at an average price of Rs.1.06 lakh per sq ft....
