Thiruvananthapuram, May 18 -- Kerala chief minister-designate VD Satheesan on Sunday announced the 20 members of his cabinet, including 11 from the Congress and five from ally Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), ahead of the swearing-in ceremony of the new United Democratic Front (UDF) government in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday.
