MUMBAI, April 18 -- A 15-year-old boy succumbed to injuries weeks after falling from a slide at a resort in Arnala, Virar, in March. The deceased, identified as Aryan Kanokia, had been undergoing treatment at KEM Hospital till his death on Thursday. According to the police, Kanokia, a resident of Aarey Colony in Goregaon, had visited a resort near Arnala Beach with his family on March 20. He was playing on a slide when he fell and suffered a serious spinal injury. He was admitted to KEM Hospital, where he was undergoing treatment until his death on Thursday. "We are examining the circumstances of the incident. If negligence is established, appropriate action will be taken against those responsible," said Suhas Bavche, deputy commissioner of police (Zone 3)....
