MUMBAI, Aug. 14 -- The state government has leased 1,500 acres of agricultural land in Ahilyanagar, without a bidding process, to the Mumbai headquartered Nibe Group at an annual rent of Rs.50,000 per acre, with a 3% annual escalation.
